Hyatt - Incline Village, NV - The Pastry Cooks responsibilities include preparing quality pastry items such as breakfast items, desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, cakes, mousses, custards, amenities, and special request items. Meet with the Executive Pastry Chef and/or Pastry Supervisor to review assignments, anticipated business levels, changes and other information pertinent to the job performance. Follow all prep lists, EOs, and recipes. Inspect the cleanliness and working conditions of all tools, equipment and supplies Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment and tools only as intended, properly and safely Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements. Qualifications Pastry work experience or culinary school training. The availability to work holidays and weekends. The willingness to rotate through different areas of Pastry including but not limited to breakfast, outlets, café, and banq... - Permanent - Full-time
